Display Cases!!!
In the art advisory, we had the chance to decorate the display cases around the school. This art advisory group contains the students of 7th grade that go to Central Prep Academy. We split into groups and each group had up to 2 display cases. Some groups decided to do one though. The display cases were educational, but at the same time they were fun. First,we had to research any topic of our choice. The next step was to plan. Then, gather the supplies needed. Lastly, we decorated! These are some topics the groups chose: Election, Under the Sea, College and Recycle the Earth. Each group went to the library and chose a few books that were based on their topic. You were able to bring props in or make them in class. One group brought in a stuffed dolphin, another made a paper mache globe. This project was amazing!
